Meeting our customers requirements is the number
one priority of the Customer Service Department at
Harris Packaging Corporation. Whether entering orders
or planning shipments, customer service is the center
of operations. Customer service is included in all
scheduling activities at HPC. Our state-of-the-art
computer system will allow us to track orders from the
time they are placed, through manufacturing and
shipping until the order arrives at the customers dock.
Functions of our Customer Service Department:
• Coordinate and enter orders
• Expedite orders
• Schedule manufacturing and shipping dates
• Communicate with customers about orders changes
• Monitor inventory levels of J.I.T. accounts
